This organization provides fire and EMT services for Gearhart and surrounding area including Surf Pines. What many do not realize is that two of our own are on the 4-member elected Board. These include Brent Seppa (Position 2) and Dave Butler (Position 4), who are also owners and members of Surf Pines. Answer: All Public Nuisances, regarding animal issues located on private property, must be reported to Keaton Walde, the Animal Control Officer for the Clatsop County Animal Control Services.
