Planning Commission recommends no STR in coastal residential building zones.

We have not been able to get a copy of the minutes yet, but a member who attended the March 8 Clatsop County Planning Commission called me and relayed that the Planning Commission is recommending the County Commissioners restrict any Short Term Rentals in residential zoned communities along the coast. Attached is a copy of their agenda and will advise if we hear more. Attached is the agenda and as soon as the draft minutes are posted we will share with our members.
