    Hello Surf Pines — Progress in hazard mitigation planning marches forward. The citizen input portion of our plan update is in full swing and we want to hear from you. We NEED to hear from you! From Clatsop County Emergency Management: Clatsop Community Survey 2020-25 Natural Hazards Mitigation Plan As part of the review and update process, input is needed from the citizens who live and/or work in Clatsop County. Clatsop County Emergency Management has created an online survey to allow for the citizen input.     Hello fellow Surf Pines Owners, The Roads & Grounds Committee has been quite busy, and I wanted to take a moment to quickly share some updates.  If you have any questions, concerns, or comments, please contact Scott Roose, Roads & Grounds Chairperson, 503-741-1585. Signage Changes The SPA Board and Roads & Grounds Committee have been reviewing the signage at the gates and decided to make the following changes.     To all members of Surf Pines Association: We (Community Relations Committee CRC) have spoken to Camp Kawanalong about events for 2020. No events are scheduled now. However they may decide to open the camp later with requirements. We will contact them again in August. Given that our Octoberfest food is provided by the CRC, and there may be limits to guest numbers. We wanted to ask our members about having it, or cancelling. Our other question is if our members would feel comfortable sharing space and food with a large group?
