Ken’s Vacation and we need help Annual Meeting and Format Changes…
As all of you should be aware our annual meeting is this Saturday 6 August, 2022 at 9am at the Astoria Golf and Country Club AGCC. Cecilia Mushinskie who heads up Community Relations Committee CRC is looking for some help checking people into the meeting at the AGCC. Volunteers will check the members in and also check in Zoom members, then match up Proxy’s to provide ballots and lastly help with the count. Please call or text Cecilia @ (909) 214-2899.
Annual Meeting Changes
Surf Pines Association is conducting this year’s meeting in person and by ZOOM for those who do not wish to attend in person. Two important items of note. First, all Zoom Attendees must give their full owners name and the properties they own with Address or Tax Account number before being allowed to attend the meeting online. This is to comply with Quorum requirements.
Secondly, remember if you do not attend in person you will need to send in a Proxy to the Secretary of SPA (Tom Smith) or give another member your proxy to present at the meeting. Blank proxy copies are included in the Annual Meeting Packet. Remember it must be signed by a registered owner and if you have multiple properties, you need one proxy for each property. Non-compliance will make your vote ineligible to be counted.
