Clatsop Plains Community Plan Fwd: June 4, 2022 Planning Commission Agenda Package

The attached agenda for the Clatsop County Planning Commission will impact property rights on the Clatsop Plains. They evaluated the information that the The Clatsop Plains Citizen Advisory Committee (CPCAC) have submitted for their review and recommendations. The Clatsop Plains Citizen Advisory Committee (CPCAC) met from August -December 2021 to review existing policies in the Clatsop Plains Community Plan and to identify new issues and policies to be included in that community plan. 

I have not heard of any public hearings and if you read the first 80 pages there are several items that may be of concern or better understanding.

I do not know how to separate the package to review the other five plans – there are a total of six.

Fortunately, Clatsop Plains is the first 80 pages.  The Planning Commission recommended that this plan be approved by the Board of County Commissioners.

Please note that this has been in the works for over a year.  You might consider asking the HOA board to appoint someone or the property management company to keep tabs on what is happening in the county that might impact the HOA.
