Clarification on which Gate codes will be canceled.

There has been some confusion about John Yerke’s e-mail yesterday. The regular Visitor Gate Codes for March and April are still in effect. They remain active from 7 am till 7 pm every day. They will not be shut down.

All contractor codes that Ken W have issued directly to certain contractors will stay active. The only codes that will be cancelled tomorrow at 12 PM are the special guest codes that have been issued to property management firms, short term rentals, and second codes issued to members who did not want to give out their permanent codes to third parties but wanted a second code for family and others like pizza delivery, etc. These Guest-codes will not work from Sunday 29 March at 12 noon till the current county shut down is canceled.

So to reiterate, members own personal access codes, the Visitor Gate Codes for March and April sent out with your last billing are and will continue to work. The Visitor Codes only work from 7 AM till 7PM each day. Lastly any contractor codes that Ken has issued directly will still be in effect.
