How to Gain Access to Members Only part of our new Web

As you may have heard, we did a complete redo of our Surf Pines Web Site. This new system managed by MuniCode a national company that specializes in municipal and local government software and is in use all over the country including Gearhart and Cannon Beach.

Many who have logged on indicate that this new site is intuitive and will offer easy access to our association information and works with our new blog.

However, your old log in will not work with this new site. The primary reason is that all of your passwords were secured and we could not transfer them to the new site. So far we have 80 people who have logged in as of 14 March, 2020.

It is very important for you to register with the new site. There are two ways this can be done.

First way is to log into our new web at http://surfpines.org and click on “Members Only” on the top menu. This will open a screen to either log in or register for an account. To register click on link to register for an account.

This will open a new screen to register your Name and e-mail. Submit this information and our administrator will e-mail you your temporary password once they have confirmed that you are a member of Surf Pines. Once you have been accepted and log in the first time you will be able to change your pass word to any of your choice.

The second way to register for the web site is go to our public blog at http://blog.surfpines.org and on the right side of your screen you can register to access the web also. Submit this information and our administrator will e-mail you your temporary password once they have confirmed that you are a member of Surf Pines. Once you have been accepted and log in the first time you will be ale to change your pass word to any of your choice.

If you have any issues e-mail spaweb@surfpines.org for assistance.
