Julie Seppa just sent this out

My mother in law, Carol Seppa passed away on Tuesday. May she Rest In Peace. So many of our friends and neighbors knew her well. She will be remembered and missed by many.

Carol was a descendant of the first female settler to move into Astoria. She married Hugh Seppa. The Seppa family are also old time residents of Clatsop County.

Two of her sons and their wives also live in SP. Brent and Julie Seppa and Scott and Heather Seppa. We pass on our condolences, thoughts and prayers for the entire family.
