Surf Pines has first new street in 22 years.

If you have driven on Manion you might notice the new home going in about midway on the east side of the road. This new home is on a brand new street in Surf Pines. It now serves Gary Hanson, Stan Sayer and the new house that Hanson is building with Jason Palmberg. 

Now what we find is cool is the name they chose. It seems some what appropriate after seeing the Bear Scat we found on Shady Pines a year or so back.
