North Gate crashed by Vandal

At 11:02 last night a person walked out of Surf Pines and then turned around and proceeded to destroy the exit gate by lifting it back and forth till it ripped off the actuator. We have the person on Video and some still shots that Ken will take to the police tomorrow. We are asking if anyone can identify this person to help the Sherriff catch him. The bad news is that the actuator was torn out (even the old gate would not been able to handle this). So it will be a very expensive repair. The good news is that even if this person has no money our property coverage should cover vandalizm. If you can help call Ken @ 503-738 0637.
