Julie Seppa just sent this out My mother in law, Carol Seppa passed away on Tuesday. May she Rest In Peace. So many of our friends and neighbors knew her well. She will be remembered and missed by many. Carol was a descendant of the first female settler to move into Astoria. She married Hugh Seppa. The Seppa family are also old time residents of Clatsop County. Two of her sons and their wives also live in SP. Brent and Julie Seppa and Scott and Heather Seppa. We pass on our condolences, thoughts and prayers for the entire family.

It’s time once again for The Breeze to be distributed. Holly Roose would like the newsletter to be out by March 7th, so if everyone can give her their information by March 5th, that will give her two days to put the newsletter together. Since the newsletter is now digital, a cap on content is not as essential as it was before. The only thing she asks is to refrain from personal agendas and content. Patrick Kelley, a long time Surf Pines resident, died on Sunday morning (February 9) after a long battle with Parkinson’s Disease.
