Breeze Summer 2020

Here is our first fully digital Breeze. Clare Hasler-Lewis our new Breeze editor has enhanced our Breeze so it is now fully in color and is ten pages this edition.

We have been working on converting this from a print edition for a couple important reasons. First is cost. In order to print, fold, insert in envelope and mail a ten page color newsletter it would cost over $1,600 for each edition.

Secondly, many prefer electronic viewing and some still want a printed copy. So to save money and provide both we will have the copy posted online here or there will be a simple link to print out a copy, since it is in a PDF format. If you do not have a way to print a copy then Ken our security person will have a few copies in the brochure box by the gate house door.

As you all know, many organizations are going digital. Some good examples are the Astoria Country Club and the Clairmont Village HOA.
