Covid-19 Update
The State of Oregon’s “Two Week COVID Freeze” is ending on Wednesday and new guidelines with limited openings will begin on Thursday, December 3rd. The new guidelines will be affected by the rate of COVID cases in each county. Unfortunately, because of increased cases, Clatsop County is considered “High Risk” which is the second highest designation next to “Extreme Risk”. Roosters and Dogs off Leash
We have gotten several comments from members after the Iverson’s Dog was attacked by another dog and died from its injuries. Your comments have been heard and in September Cameron Lewis who lives on North end of Ocean has accepted the Chairmanship of the Safety and Security Committee. This committee has not been active since 2010 and was brought under the wing of Roads and Grounds when we were not getting enough volunteers to fill another committee. How to confirm your vote is counted in Oregon
There is a site that allows all Oregon residents to confirm that their vote has been received and processed. Go to https://sos.oregon.gov/voting/Pages/myvote.aspx?lang=en and click on the Go to My Vote Now button to check to see if your ballot was sent or received. To log in you need your First and Last names and date of birth. As you can see from the two attachments below, that we were registered and the status of our votes. I blocked out personal addresses for this post but thought people might like to see what it looks like. I believe this is similar in most states. Annie and I mailed our ballots out last Saturday…
