It appears that there is a good chance that we might have a storm that might be as bad as the 2007 storm. Please make sure you have battened down the hatches and are ready for a major power outage again. 

Also From Ken: Do to the COVID-19 I am changing my vacation date from the 9th through 18th to the 16th through 25th . I would feel better waiting for virus to trend the other way and this storm is done with..

* WHAT…Southwest winds 35 to 40 mph with gusts up to 65 mph.
Strongest winds at headlands and beaches.

* WHERE…In Washington, South Washington Coast. In Oregon,
North Oregon Coast and Central Oregon Coast.

* WHEN…From Friday afternoon through Friday evening.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
Power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
