| Ballot Drop Box is OPEN!by Gearhart City Staff Gearhart’s location – 698 Pacific Way right off of Hwy 101 NOfficial ballots for the November 3rd, 2020 General Election go out in the mail TODAY! Gearhart City Hall is still a ballot drop site. However, the ballot drop box has been permanently installed outdoors this year. As of 10/14, our kiosk is OPEN! It will be locked by the County on 11/3 at 8:00 p.m. Your ballot for the General Election must be received in the Clatsop County Elections Office, or at an official drop site, by 8:00 p.m. on November 3, 2020 in order to be counted. Postmarks do not count.
