North Gate Problems

This morning I saw a post on the Surf Pines Facebook Group about the North exit gate not functioning. Within 10 minutes I was at the gate investigating the issue. The gate does not appear to have any damage at all, however, Ken and I were not able to correct the problem ourselves.

From speaking with Metro Access over the phone, there may be a problem with the electrical loop that opens the North exit gate. Metro Access will be here tomorrow to identify and fix the issue. Until then, both the entry and exit gates will remain open as per our normal repair procedure.

The good news is that gates are still under warranty.
