Regularly Scheduled Board Meeting of the Surf Pines Association Friday June 26, 2020 4PM at Gate House
Our regularly scheduled meeting will be run remotely at 4 PM on June 26, 2020. A few Board members and committee heads will still be at the Gate House but there will be no guests allowed to enter the gate house do to Covid-19 issues. Here is a link to the event with copies of agenda, other reports and Draft of last months Minutes (you need to be registered as a member on our new web site to view these items).
If you have not registered on our new Surfpines.org web site, which went live January 2020, Your former Password will not work, since we could not port over your personal Pass Word to the new web. Click Here to register on the new site. Once our Admin has verified you are a member of Surf Pines you will receive a temporary PW within 72 hours. Then log in and change your PW in your profile to your private PW.
Our Director Austin Kaufman will be running the virtual meeting this time using Zoom. We are testing which systems are best for remote attendance and he will manage this meeting to allow our Secretary Tom Smith to be able to take notes for minutes.
