Info regarding new gates and signage.

Hello fellow Surf Pines Owners,

The Roads & Grounds Committee has been quite busy, and I wanted to take a moment to quickly share some updates.  If you have any questions, concerns, or comments, please contact Scott Roose, Roads & Grounds Chairperson, 503-741-1585.

Signage Changes

The SPA Board and Roads & Grounds Committee have been reviewing the signage at the gates and decided to make the following changes.

Two new signs have been added at each entrance gates to notify drivers “One Vehicle At A Time” and that the gates are “Under Surveillance”.  See images below:

At the South Gate

The signpost with “Neighborhood Watch” and “No Trespassing” will be removed.  The “No Trespassing” sign is already posted near 101 and the Neighborhood Watch sign is being replaced by the new “Under Surveillance” sign.

The signpost with 10 MPH and Speed Bumps will be moved East, approximately 20 ft East of the SPA Mailbox.  The speed hump sign on this post will be removed.  The speed humps already have signage on the hump.
